Job Description:

The Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives through our services. This role focuses on building long-term relationships, maximizing client retention, and driving revenue growth for both our clients and Rambad Digital. You will work closely with our internal teams to align marketing strategies with client goals, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, primarily jewellery store owners.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients align marketing strategies with their revenue growth goals.

Onboarding & Client Education

  • Lead new clients through a seamless onboarding process, setting clear expectations and providing training on our processes and tools.
  • Educate clients on digital marketing best practices, performance metrics, and growth strategies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor and analyze Facebook ad campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Provide clients with regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, wins, and areas for improvement.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous growth.

Client Retention & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that align with client needs and growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in a client-facing role such as Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar position in a digital marketing agency or SaaS company.
    • Experience working with jewellery clients or luxury brands is a plus.
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, specifically Facebook Ads and e-commerce.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools, project management software, and marketing analytics platforms.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
    • Problem-solving attitude with a client-first mindset.
