Job Description:

As a Media Buyer at Rambad Digital, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Your primary goal will be to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) for our clients, who are primarily jewellery store owners. You will collaborate with our creative and client success teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver tangible results.

Responsibilities:

Media Planning & Strategy

  • Develop comprehensive media buying strategies tailored to each client’s objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook and Instagram Ads.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize results.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative, audiences, and placements to improve campaign performance.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to internal teams and clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and new advertising opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the client success team to align media buying strategies with client goals and provide insights on campaign performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, explaining complex data and strategies in a clear, client-friendly manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Media Specialist, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
    • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns with significant budgets.
    • Experience working with e-commerce clients; experience with jewellery or luxury brands is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and reporting software.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to provide input on ad creatives and copy.
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
